Surf Crush Jewelry offers worldwide shipping.
All domestic and international orders ship via USPS with tracking from California. Shipping services and prices are offered by carrier and calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any imports/customs fees or additional charges associated with shipment.
Shipping Policies
Tracking numbers are issued via email once an order is ready for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, Surf Crush Jewelry is no longer responsible.
We encourage verification of shipping addresses prior to placing an order. In the case that an order is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must arrange and cover cost of reshipment.
Surf Crush Jewelry does not offer refunds for packages that are lost, stolen, stuck in transit or returned for unpaid custom fees.
Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations for any reason. Deposits for custom pieces are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the case that an item needs to be sent back to us, shipping and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Repair Policy
Surf Crush Jewelry currently offers complimentary repairs for broken clasps and hooks within one year of purchase. Surf Crush Jewelry reserves the right to decline a repair for any reason.
Repairs after one year will incur a fee. Repairs to any piece beyond a broken clasp or hook within one year will incur a fee.
